💡 What is Participant Observation?

Unlike external inspectors before whom students act unnaturally, classroom teachers (educators, curators) are in constant natural contact with children. Participant observation is the most reliable method for detecting early signs of distress. The procedure is based on filling an Observation Map — a list of 7–10 clear, objective behavioral indicators designed by the school psychologist. Learn more >

  1. Open Journal: At the end of an academic period (week, month, or term), the teacher accesses the class roster and criteria.
  2. 1-Click Scoring: Rate observed behavioral signs for each student:
    • 0 (empty) — sign absent;
    • 1 — weak or episodic sign;
    • 2 — clear and persistent sign.
  3. Explanations & SOS Flags: Add text notes if necessary. Check "Psychologist Consultation Required" for urgent distress.
  4. Secure Transfer: Data is transmitted directly to the psychologist's terminal without paperwork.
🧠 Psychologist Terminal Instructions
  1. Centralized Collection: The terminal aggregates observation forms from teachers and computes total risk scores per child.
  2. At-Risk Identification: The workspace automatically flags children with peak risk scores and highlights SOS requests.
  3. SOS Response: The psychologist connects with the teacher to launch an individual intervention plan (IPR).
  4. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor behavioral dynamics over time and export anonymized reports for administration.
