Health psychologist, prevention researcher, and full-stack engineer. PhD awarded 2005; university training completed 1998. More than 25 years of school- and community-based work with children and adolescents—now encoded as the Prevention AI Platform for international grant and cloud partners.
This project is led by a solo founder. Public footprint is intentionally academic and product-based—not a corporate LinkedIn narrative.
Contracting vehicle: Individual Entrepreneur Roman Dubrovskii (sole proprietor, Georgia).
The platform architecture reflects work designing psychological support for entire school systems: multi-region reporting, uneven staffing, and methodological standards specialists could actually use. That includes directing a national school psychological service model in public education, ministry-level education-policy projects, and cross-regional prevention program design in national substance-use policy research—always as a psychologist–methodologist, not as a government spokesperson.
Institutional names and appointment letters from earlier domestic roles are available privately to partners reviewing the grant application; this public site stays product- and science-forward for an international audience.
AI finally makes it affordable to connect family support, specialist documentation, and aggregate feedback—the same chain I spent decades trying to hold together with manuals and workshops.
Graduated from St Petersburg State University (psychology faculty)—foundation for health-psychology and prevention work with adolescents.
Contributed to a major scientific monograph from a large national adolescent population study—early evidence base for prevention at scale.
Candidate-of-sciences degree in psychology (health / behavioral prevention focus)—internationally cited on the site as PhD.
Career mix: national program design, university teaching, gifted-youth centers, and institutional research—not a single job title.
Work with a national academy of education on psychological prevention standards and specialist guidance—translated here into taxonomy, document twins, and dashboard logic.
Taught health psychology at St Petersburg State University; research on behavioral patterns and social risk in growing generations.
Designed well-being and stress-mitigation programs for high-achieving teenagers under extreme academic load—thousands of adolescents in residential programs.
Field studies and program deployment in complex institutional settings—prevention assessments and structural interventions.
"Medical doctors have clear clinical protocols and medications with measurable outcomes. But we are not medical doctors. Our 'pill' in the field of preventative psychology is a rigorous, evidence-based scientific algorithm. Caring for public health is perhaps the most complex human endeavor, and it is sustained daily by the invisible labor of millions of front-line specialists worldwide. Prevention.AI is an earnest attempt to liberate these professionals from crushing bureaucratic routine and to reinforce their confidence in the validity and scientific soundness of their everyday actions."
